Job Title: Operations & Sales Support

Reports to: Director of Operations

Location: Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for a person to join our growing Operations team.  The Operations team keeps us humming along and collaborates closely with the sales team (especially post sale) to support our clients in anything that needs to be done related to our trips. The Ops team is a great group of smart people that are a lot of fun to work with and great at what they do.  If you are interested and have operations or sales experience in the travel industry, please submit your resume/CV and cover letter. Responsibilities:

Assisting the Operations Team with any and all tasks, including but not limited to:

• Working closely in collaboration with our fun and highly knowledgeable sales team members to assist our clients in any way possible once trips are booked

• Interacting with clients to answer questions related to their trips

• Interacting with our fantastic suppliers at various stages along the way from inquiry to post trip follow up

• Reviewing and preparing trip documents for clients

• Entering information into our databases and editing information in the databases

• Editing Pre-Departure Materials for clients

• Following up with clients to get the required information for booking forms, visas, evaluations, etc.

• Making edits and updates to the website

• Other Sales and Operations related projects; this is a job where you wear many hats!

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working in operations or sales for a travel company (if you have other directly relevant experience, we’re happy to consider you)

• Excellent computer skills are essential, including full working knowledge of online documents (ex: Google Docs), Word and Excel, and online databases.

• Must be highly organized and have excellent writing skills.

• Must be a problem solver and a person that takes initiative.

• Must have a B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university.

• Strong references that can confirm experience dealing with challenging, detail-oriented work.

• Passion for travel.

• Native or bilingual English speaker.
